หลายคนตกใจเวลามองเห็น “สนิม” บนจานเบรก
แต่จริง ๆ แล้ว ในหลายกรณีถือว่าเป็นเรื่องปกติครับ
เพราะจานเบรกส่วนใหญ่ผลิตจากเหล็กหล่อ
เมื่อโดนน้ำ ความชื้น หรือจอดรถทิ้งไว้
อาจเกิดสนิมบาง ๆ บนผิวจานได้ โดยเฉพาะหลังล้างรถหรือวันฝนตก

ข่าวดีคือ 👇
สนิมผิวบาง ๆ มักหายไปเอง หลังขับและเหยียบเบรกไม่กี่ครั้ง

แต่ถ้ามีอาการเหล่านี้ ควรรีบตรวจเช็ก ⚠️
• สนิมหนา เป็นขุย
• หน้าจานไม่เรียบ
• เบรกแล้วสั่น
• มีเสียงดังผิดปกติ
• รถจอดทิ้งไว้นาน
• จานเป็นร่องลึกหรือกินไม่เท่ากัน

หลายคนเปลี่ยนผ้าเบรก แต่ลืมเช็ก “จานเบรก”
รู้ไหมว่าถ้าจานเริ่มหมด หรือคด อาจทำให้เบรกไม่มั่นใจและอันตรายกว่าที่คิด

สัญญาณที่ควรเช็ก 👇
• เบรกแล้วพวงมาลัยสั่น
• เหยียบเบรกแล้วมีอาการสะท้าน
• มีเสียงดังเวลาชะลอรถ
• หน้าจานเป็นร่องลึก หรือผิวไม่เรียบ
• จานบางกว่าค่ามาตรฐาน
• เบรกไม่ค่อยอยู่ ต้องกดลึกขึ้น

จานเบรกที่ใช้งานหนัก หรือผ่านความร้อนสูงบ่อย ๆ
มีโอกาส “คด” หรือ “สึกไม่เท่ากัน” ได้เร็วกว่าปกติ

แนะนำให้ตรวจเช็กทุกครั้งตอนเปลี่ยนผ้าเบรก

หลายคนเวลาเบรกสั่น หรือหน้าจานเป็นร่อง
มักเจอคำถามว่า “เจียรได้ไหม?”
คำตอบคือ 👉 “เจียรได้” ในบางกรณี
แต่ไม่ใช่ทุกจานที่ควรเจียร ครับ

กรณีที่ “เจียรได้” ✅
• หน้าจานเป็นรอยเล็กน้อย
• มีอาการสั่นไม่มาก
• จานยังไม่บางเกินค่ามาตรฐาน
• ไม่มีรอยแตกร้าว หรือความเสียหายหนัก

การเจียรช่วยให้
✔️ หน้าจานเรียบขึ้น
✔️ ลดอาการสั่น
✔️ ใช้งานต่อได้อีกระยะ
✔️ ประหยัดกว่าการเปลี่ยนใหม่

แต่ถ้ามีอาการเหล่านี้ แนะนำ “เปลี่ยนใหม่” จะดีกว่า ⚠️
• จานบางมาก
• เจียรมาหลายครั้งแล้ว
• มีรอยแตกลายงา
• เบรกหนักแล้วสั่นชัด
• หน้าจานกินลึกมาก
• ใช้งานหนักหรือความร้อนสะสมสูง

เพราะการเจียรจะทำให้จาน “บางลง”
ถ้าบางเกินไป อาจกระทบความปลอดภัยและระบายความร้อนได้ไม่ดี

อย่าดูแค่ประหยัดระยะสั้น
ระบบเบรกคือเรื่องความปลอดภัยโดยตรงครับ 🛞
